How to decline order in Foodchow?
Restaurant owner has right to approve or decline order placed from Foodchow. When food order is placed by customer on Foodchow, restaurant owner have to approve that order for further process. If restaurant owner wants then he/she can decline order. Restaurant owner have to follow some simple steps to decline order.
Steps to decline order:
- Login to admin account with foodchow
- Click on My Pending Approve
- Click on Decline for particular order
- Click on Yes
Placed order will be declined and further notification mail will be sent to customer.
